Do you charge by the hour or by the job?

We offer both options. For clear tasks like gutter cleaning, lawn mowing, or mounting a TV, we provide a fixed upfront quote. For general maintenance and odd jobs where the scope might expand, we work on a transparent hourly rate.

Are you licensed and fully insured?

Yes, Tony is fully insured with Public Liability insurance to protect your property and family. We do minor electrical and plumbing work (swapping fixtures, replacing tap washers, mounting appliances) that does not require formal trade licensing. For heavy rewiring or new pipe installation, we always recommend licensed contractors.

Can you supply materials, or do I need to buy them?

We can source all required materials for your job—such as timber, paint, plumbing valves, sprinkler parts, soil, and mulch. We only charge for the materials used, or you can purchase them beforehand if you prefer.

Do you offer regular, recurring maintenance?

Absolutely! Many of our clients have weekly, fortnightly, or monthly gardening, lawn care, and routine property maintenance schedules. This keeps your home looking immaculate without you having to remember to call.

How do I pay for your services?

We accept bank transfers (EFT), mobile card payments on-site, and cash. A detailed invoice will be emailed to you immediately after the job is completed.
